Replacing a Forgotten Password

SigmaPay can email a new password to you if you have forgotten your password. You may only use this feature if previously you logged on to the system using the temporary password emailed to you by SigmaPay.

 

If you have never logged on to SigmaPay, you must use the temporary password from SigmaPay. If you have not received this password, contact your client.

 

To get a new password:

 

  1. In your Internet browser, type the client’s web site address.

  2. Click the SigmaPay link on the client’s home page.

  3. At the login screen, click the Forgot your password? link.

  4. In the E-Mail ID field, type your email address. (This must be the email address that you provided to the client.)

  5. In the Security Question field, click the drop down arrow to select the security question you selected the first time you logged into SigmaPay (i.e., city of birth, favorite actor, favorite city, favorite movie, mother’s maiden name).

  6. In the Answer field, type the answer to the security question.

Note: If you don’t remember you security question and answer, you can contact your client and ask the client to reset your password for you. The system will create a new password and email it to you.

  1. Click OK.

A new password will be sent to your email address.
