Changing Your Password

You can change your password in SigmaPay by following the steps below. If you cannot complete these steps, you can contact your client and ask the client to reset your password. A new password will be emailed to you.

 

To change your SigmaPay password:

 

  1. Log on to SigmaPay.

  2. From the link menu, click Edit Profile, and then select Change Password.

  3. In the Old Password field, type your current password.

  4. In the New Password field, type your new password.

Your password will receive a rating of Too Short, Weak, Fair Good, or Strong.  To learn how to make your password ”strong,” click the Password Strength link.

Strong passwords:

  1. In the Confirm Password field, type your new password.

  2. If you want to change your security question, click the checkbox beside the question, Do you want to change Security Question?

  3. The Security Question and Answer fields will appear. Change your security question and answer.

  4. Click OK.
